Research shows excellent success rates for quitting smoking with just 4 hypnosis sessions:

    Learn how to build a strong desire to stop smoking. We'll explore your reasons to quit and the benefits you can expect.
  2. Overcoming Past Connections
    In order to quit successfully, we'll change what smoking cigarettes means to you, the connections to how it has helped you manage your life, and discover substitute stress management tools.
  3. Creating New, Healthier Connections
    The hypnosis sessions will help reprogram your mind to make healthier choices, including guided visualizations of cleansing your body of the toxins smoking leaves behind.
  4. Preventing Relapse
    This session cements the value of quitting, and provides help with avoiding a smoking relapse by learning tools to manage emotions without cigarettes, and resolve the issues that are keeping you smoking.
During the first counseling session, we'll create your individual plan for cutting down, to ease the physical withdrawal when you quit. We'll also address any concerns you may have about weight management, and handling your life without cigarettes. In addition to talking about your plan and evaluating what you need to be successful at becoming a non-smoker, each session includes a 25-30 minute hypnotherapy experience.
